Cheddar Cheese belongs to the old UK Cheese family, and every source we found agrees on the smell: sharp, skunky cheese. The exact cross is less clear. One grower lists it as Cali Orange crossed with Blue Cheese, another says UK Cheese with Skunk #1 behind it, and both admit the name gets used loosely, so we call the lineage reported.

About Cheddar Cheese
The lot we have is light sage green with a lot of orange hairs and a moderate frost, smaller buds rather than big colas. Most sources call it a roughly even hybrid. Cheese strains have a loyal crowd who can't find them in most shops, so this tends to sell to people who come back for it.
