Where things stand in Texas
Texas is in flux. Retailers register with DSHS as consumable hemp retailers, and through 2026 the state has moved between a Schedule I listing and court orders allowing packaged smokable products. Many shops keep selling under the injunction; others have paused. Check where things stand for your county before you order, and ask us what other Texas accounts are doing. This is our reading, not legal advice.
