Where things stand in North Carolina

North Carolina has no state license for selling THCA flower and its hemp definition follows the federal delta-9 limit, which is why so many Charlotte, Raleigh and Asheville shops carry it. A bill that would have capped total THC per container passed the Senate in 2026 and sat in the House without a vote as of late October; watch for a vote after the November election. We keep this paragraph current, but it is our reading of the news, not legal advice.

Shipping to North Carolina

Overnight to Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Durham, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville and everywhere else in the state. Orders confirmed and paid by early afternoon Eastern usually ship the same day.

We confirm what’s in stock and your total, you pay by Zelle, check, wire/ACH or a secure card link, and it ships overnight. First-time buyers usually start with two or three pounds across a couple of grades to see what moves, then settle into a weekly or biweekly reorder.

One pound is the minimum. You can mix any strains and grades in the same order, and the price per pound is what you see on the menu. At 20 pounds and up, ask for volume pricing.
